To receive a refund you have to contact us by email at [email protected] or call us at (844) 361-1273 and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.
Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may request a refund if you never received the product or if it didn’t work for you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not cover the return shipping costs. Exception is when we send wrong or defective product.
